The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands‑on operational responsibility, requiring close proximity to leaders, teams and day‑to‑day HR matters.Partnering closely with the Director of HR & Payroll Operations and global HR leadership, you will advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement and performance management, while ensuring strong ownership of employee relations, compliance, payroll oversight, recruitment and regional training initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Business Partnership & Strategy ExecutionAct as a trusted HR advisor to Americas leadership on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning and team engagementContribute to and execute regional HR strategy in alignment with global People priorities and the company’s transformation roadmapSupport change initiatives related to organisational evolution, process harmonisation and integration activitiesEmployee Relations, Compliance & Risk ManagementOwn employee relations matters across the Americas, ensuring consistent, compliant and pragmatic case management for a lean regional populationEnsure full compliance with federal, state and local employment laws; proactively monitor regulatory changes and adapt HR practices accordinglyOversee HR documentation, contracts, policies, investigations and record‑keeping with audit‑ready rigorPartner with Legal and external counsel as needed on sensitive or complex casesPayroll Oversight & HR OperationsSupervise payroll execution and regulatory obligations for the region in close coordination with HR Operations and FinanceEnsure compliance with mandatory training, reporting and employment requirementsAct as a regional escalation point for payroll‑related issues affecting employees and leadersTalent Acquisition & Workforce SupportMaintain hands‑on involvement in critical recruitments, including direct sourcing for key and hard‑to‑fill rolesPartner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure timely, high‑quality hiring aligned with business needsSupport workforce planning and succession considerations at regional levelRegional Training & Capability DevelopmentOwn and coordinate regional training initiatives in alignment with global learning and development prioritiesEnsure deployment of mandatory and regulatory training programs across the AmericasSupport leadership and people‑manager capability through targeted development actions, working closely with global HR and Learning teamsRegional Coordination & Team LeadershipLead, coach and develop the US‑based HR team, ensuring strong execution, responsiveness and consistency of practicesCoordinate HR activities across the Americas, acting as the interface between regional stakeholders and global HR teamsPromote adoption of global HR tools and systems (including Workday) and support continuous process improvementStakeholder ManagementInterface regularly with senior executives, regional leadership teams, Finance, Legal and external partnersRepresent the Americas region within global HR forums and cross‑functional initiativesExperience & Technical SkillsMinimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to the US employment environmentProven background in employee relations, payroll oversight and HR complianceExperience operating in international, multi‑country and matrixed organisations, including small‑to‑mid‑size regional populationsSolid understanding of recruitment and direct sourcing practicesDemonstrated people management experienceExposure to HRIS and global HR transformations (Workday experience is a strong plus)Leadership & Personal AttributesCredible, confident and pragmatic HR partnerAgile, solution‑oriented and comfortable operating with lean teams and broad scopeStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh level of autonomy, ownership and reactivityLanguagesFluent English (mandatory)Spanish is a plusWhat the Company OffersHybrid working model: 2 days remote per weekCompetitive compensation: USD 110,000+High‑impact role with full ownership of the Americas HR scopeOpportunity to shape HR practices and people development within a global, transformation‑driven organisation
