If you have experience with PLCs, motor controls, electrical, hydraulics, and troubleshooting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!\n\nDirect Hire\npay is dependent upon experience and client assessment testing, around $28/hr. to start\n3rd Shift OWW Schedule 7p-7a, rotating days\n\nMon/Tues ON; Wed/Thurs/Fri OFF; Sat/Sun ON; next Mon/Tues OFF; Wed/Thurs/Fri ON; Sat/Sun OFF\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nGeneral Description: With a minimum of supervision, perform a wide variety of tasks in maintaining, repairing, and installing machinery and equipment in the plant, office and laboratory facilities and surrounding property. Provides instructions to Maintenance employees of lower skill.\nSpecific Duties and Responsibilities\nElectrical – ability to troubleshoot, install and repair electrical components; electrical controllers 110-480 volt. Run conduit for all the above.\nMachine Repair – ability to troubleshoot and install, repair critical machinery including hydraulic pneumatic, CNC and mechanical components, doing it right the 1st time in the required time frame.\nPipefitting – ability to thread pipe, all sizes. Installation of gas lines, air lines, copper lines, hazardous chemical lines including stainless enconel, PVC and CPVC.\nPerform basic carpentry, painting, and masonry tasks.\nProficient in basic welding tasks.\nKnowledge of basic HVAC systems to do minor repairs.\nProvide instructions to maintenance employees of lower skills.\nFollow all safety rules and regulations.\nPerform other duties as instructed by Supervisors.\nWill accumulate and handle hazardous waste.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n5+ years of 480 electrical experience\nIn-depth experience in general maintenance of all plant equipment\nSignificant electrical and electronics experience.\nAbility to trouble-shoot and repair critical machinery.\nGeneral knowledge of plant HVAC systems\nPhysical surrounding varies from pleasant to extreme temperatures. Additional education in applied theory is necessary.
