Job Description SummaryMosaic Health is seeking an Associate Vice President of Enterprise Platforms & Applications to lead the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of the enterprise technology portfolio that powers Mosaic's business and workforce. This is a senior technology leadership role responsible for a broad and consequential platform footprint spanning human capital management, financial systems, business applications, and enterprise service management.Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, the AVP leads a team of two Directors and a Senior Manager, each accountable for a distinct platform domain: Workday HCM, enterprise business applications (including Sage Financials and Basware), and ServiceNow. The AVP is the connective layer across these domains — ensuring architectural coherence, governance consistency, and strategic alignment with Mosaic’s rapidly evolving needs as a healthcare organization scaling through organic growth and acquisition.This role is equally strategic and operational. The AVP sets direction and drives platform roadmaps while remaining close enough to execution to resolve escalations, govern platform decisions, and ensure the team is performing at a high level.
