You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of aviation parts-from receiving and inventorying high-value components to coordinating with the sales team to ensure customers get exactly what they need. This is a perfect fit for a warehouse veteran who is highly proficient with computers and wants a role with more variety and responsibility.Logistics & Inventory Lead Primary Responsibilities include:Your main responsibility is the total management of the aviation supply chain, ensuring all parts are tracked, quoted, and shipped with 100% accuracy.Inventory & Shipping Control: Manage the "In and Out" flow of all military and commercial aviation parts, ensuring all logistics protocols are followed.Technical Order Processing: Utilize Quantum (specialized aviation software) to input sales orders and track inventory levels in real-time.Sales & Logistics Support: Partner with the sales team to research part availability, prepare quotes, and communicate with vendors.Advanced Documentation: Maintain precise digital and physical files; prepare weekly activity reports for management using Microsoft Office.Office & Business Support: Professional communication via phone and email; assisting with website or social media updates as needed to support company growth.Ethics & Quality: Adhere to the highest industry standards for quality control and ethical business practices in the aerospace sector.Logistics & Inventory Lead Requirements include:Professional Experience:3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Leadership, Logistics, or Inventory Management. (Aviation or Industrial experience is a major plus!)Tech-Savvy Skillset: Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Email.
