This includes validating and inputting production and injection data, performing preventative/predictive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and major and minor repairs on equipment.\n\nPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and overhauls on gas compressors (e.g., reciprocating, centrifugal, and screw compressors) and associated equipment.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime.\nReplace, adjust, and align components such as pistons, valves, bearings, and seals.\nConduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.\nRead and interpret technical manuals, P&IDs, and schematics to guide repairs and installations.\nEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.\nMaintain detailed maintenance logs, records, and reports.\nCollaborate with site supervisors, operators, and engineers to address equipment performance issues.\nAssist in startup and shutdown procedures for compressors and related systems.\nOperate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.\n\n1+ years of Oil & Gas Compressor Mechanic experience required.\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Some college or technical training preferred\nValid Driver’s License with an excellent driving record\nMust meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, MVR, agility, and fit for duty.\nPhysical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment.
