The Director will be a key contributor to strategy and operations and instrumental in leading a world-class program management organization aligned with ZT’s long-term strategic goals.\nWhat You Will Do\nBuild and mentor a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled program management team.\nProvide strong leadership by encouraging creative problem-solving, focusing on employee development and performance, and ensuring continuous skill acquisition.\nCollaborate with Marketing and Architecture teams to translate product specifications into program deliverables.\nEnsure system-level elements of next-generation platform solutions are optimized with well-considered tradeoffs.\nDirect teams during requirement definition, planning, development, and launch phases.\nBridge FAE, Sales, R&D, and third-party stakeholders from an engineering perspective.\nDrive the development of standard engineering practices and product lifecycle management.\nImplement processes and metrics to ensure engineering efficiency and market readiness.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in engineering.
