You will be responsible for designing and building secure modern applications supporting commercial and consumer banking capabilities, integrating with existing and emerging architecture, data platforms, and digital channels, leveraging cloud and AI-enabled technologies for the full software development lifecycle.\r\nPrincipal Responsibilities\r\nLeverage AI (such as Cursor and Claude) to accelerate the design, implementation, and documentation of applications and integrations supporting capabilities across the bank (e.g., client onboarding, payments, fraud detection, servicing, etc.).\r\nDesign and build responsive, interactive user interfaces using modern frameworks like React or Angular, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.\r\nArchitect, develop and maintain robust server-side logic, integrations and microservices/APIs using C# and/or Python.\r\nManage the complete software process from initial concept and prototyping, application design, development, and CI/CD pipelines. Work closely with the Cloud Infrastructure team to ensure application deployment per environment, monitoring and FinOps awareness. Providing appropriate documentation for design reviews as well as handoffs to TechOps team for deployment and production monitoring.\r\nTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software while optimizing for speed, scalability, and security.\r\nOther Responsibilities\r\nComply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. For supervisory positions, ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff.\r\nAll other duties as assigned.\r\nKnowledge Skills, and Abilities\r\nAI Tooling Mastery: Proven experience using Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to support the full development lifecycle, including design exploration, implementation, testing, and documentation and to deliver code faster than traditional methods. Demonstrated application of thoughtful prompt engineering and structured interaction patterns to produce reliable, maintainable code.\r\nTechnical Proficiency: Strong command of C#/.NET and Python for backend services, integrations, automation workflows and building RESTful APIs.\r\nFrontend Expertise: Solid understanding of secure web & mobile UI applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React).\r\nData Management: Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, BLOB storage, caching mechanisms, and pub-sub event driven architectures.\r\nInfrastructure: Experience with the Azure cloud platform (preferred) or AWS. Experience with Docker & Kubernetes required. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git or GitHub.\r\nBusiness Knowledge: Experience in the Financial Services domain is required. Commercial banking, consumer banking, lending, and/or payments is preferred.\r\nSoft Skills: A \"doer\" mindset the ability to move on clarity rather than waiting for absolute certainty.\r\nEducation and Experience\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering.\r\n1-3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, including demonstrable usage of AI-forward tools such as Claude and Cursor.
