We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor and operate construction crews in various areas of CA and soon the rest of the U.S.\n\nOverview of Position\n\nWe are looking for experienced Foremen for several jobs in CA. Job tasks include the following Job Duties & Responsibilities:\n\nManage a crew of 5 – 10 workers;\nRead and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics/ electrical code specifications to determine layout of equipment installations\nSupervise and manage trenching for utility conduits, directing operators on backhoes, backfilling and underground scanning\nSupervise and manage pouring and finishing concrete pads for switchgear, Electrical Chargers, Bollards, directing paving, and overhead EMT conduit placement\nSupervise and manage Electrical resources on the job\nArrange and coordinate safety meetings;\nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members;\nBe the point of contact with the employer’s site superintendent;\nSupervise and train apprentices on the job, as required;\nMaintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements and also through reporting violations of policies, procedures and guidelines to immediate supervisor;\nControlling inventory on truck, job-site, and in/out of stock (for active jobs);\nOrganize and maintain material lists for your crew;\nGathering required material;\nResponsible for maintaining company tools;\nInspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean;\nWork with building principals and supervisors to complete projects;\nRespond to emergency calls as needed;\nUpdating work logs, client accounts, and handling other administrative duties.\nCommunicating with clients in a professional, courteous manner at all times.\nTake AHJ inspections and follow up with the utilities.\nSecondary Functions\n\nInterpersonal Skills - Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; maintains confidentiality; listens to others, is proactive in resolving issues.\nWritten Communication - Write clearly and informatively; conscious of audience and varies writing style accordingly, able to read and interpret written requirements.\nContributes to building a positive team spirit\nTime Management: Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently\nProfessionalism – At all times\nWhat we Offer:\n\nSalaried position\nUp to Two weeks of PTO\nMedical and Dental\nCompany Truck with company credit card\nAt least two crews with one foreman each\nRoom for growth\nZero Impact Builders is an equal-opportunity employer.
