Competitive pay is $21.00–$23.30/hour, with health, dental, and vision benefits during the contract period and the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.\nJob Description:\nServe as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors entering the facility\nGreet visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor while following security and visitor management procedures\nIssue visitor and parking passes and assist with workplace access coordination\nAnswer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner\nCoordinate workplace services including mail distribution, office supplies, onboarding support, and vendor coordination\nAssist with scheduling meetings, organizing conference rooms, and supporting internal events\nCoordinate janitorial, maintenance, and workplace service requests as needed\nRespond to employee questions, concerns, and service requests with a customer service-focused approach\nAssist with setup and breakdown of meetings and workplace events\nSupport workplace safety and emergency procedures while escalating issues appropriately\nMaintain organized records and assist with administrative office support tasks\nCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations\nMust Have Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nUp to 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, workplace services, or office support\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nProfessional demeanor and customer-first mindset\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel\nAbility to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment\nNice to Have Qualifications:\nExperience supporting a corporate office or front desk environment\nExperience coordinating workplace or office services\nEvent coordination or hospitality experience\nExperience interacting with vendors and external guests\nPay is $21-$23.30/hr based on experience.
