Maryland Licensed Payroll Accountant

A company is looking for a Temporary Payroll Accountant to support their payroll accounting function. Key Responsibilities Prepare payroll-related journal entries and record them in NetSuite Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline and resolve variances Process biweekly Canadian payroll for two legal entities and ensure compliance Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in payroll accounting with exposure to payroll operations and general ledger accounting Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline or similar ERP systems Solid understanding of payroll compliance, including US federal and state requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; CPA or CPP designation is a plus Meticulous about accuracy and detail-oriented
