As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated On-Site Crew Lead to manage and guide our field teams. If you have a solid background in welding and millwright work and excel in a leadership role, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Crew Leadership: Lead and supervise on-site crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Provide direction, support, and training to team members to ensure project goals are met. Coordinate and schedule daily activities, delegating tasks as needed to optimize workflow. Welding & Fabrication: Oversee welding and fabrication tasks including staircases, decorative handrails, and custom projects on-site. Ensure the proper application of arc, MIG, and TIG welding techniques. Millwright Duties: Manage and supervise the installation and maintenance of equipment in new construction and existing grain facilities. Oversee the setup and repair of loop systems, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, and aeration equipment. Operate heavy equipment as required and ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations. Project Management: Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule. Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues. Travel & Logistics: Travel to various job sites as required, working a 10 days on, 4 days off schedule when traveling. Manage on-site logistics, including crew accommodation and transportation. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication, with significant experience in millwright work preferred. Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of guiding and motivating teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
