They will be responsible for managing the data collected on a policy/insured, ensuring accuracy, and providing quality control to our BPO partners. The work will involve data entry, analyzing policy documents, researching insureds/locations, providing guidance and QC to our BPO partners, and communication with clients and team members.\r\nJob Responsibilities:\r\nAccurately enter data from submissions to our systems.\r\nProvide guidance to our BPO partners.\r\nPerform quality control audits on work completed. Ensures compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all policy processing activities.\r\nCommunicate effectively with management, underwriters and brokers to secure the information necessary to accurately process the business.\r\nProvide timely and efficient service to all internal and external customers, including underwriters and brokers.\r\nCreate and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports as assigned.\r\nParticipate in or handle special projects, as needed.\r\nCollaborates with resources across the organization to pursue continual process optimization and innovation.\r\nWork Experience and Education:\r\nBA/BS degree preferred. Business and/or a technology related degree a plus.\r\nA minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment, insurance experience and experience with core business systems and applications preferred.\r\nIntermediate to advanced MS Office Excel and Word skills required. SQL knowledge a plus.\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nAttention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.\r\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\r\nAbility to maintain standards of quality and quantity of output as established by management.\r\nDesire and drive to foster teamwork in a collaborative environment.\r\nAbility to work well within a team and to continually learn in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.\r\nRyan Specialty is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
