Will manage more complex programs and may manage lower level Program Managers.\nTasks and Responsibilities\nPerforms independently; recognized as a resource to others: able to translate complex nuances to others; able to improve processes; focus on broad issues.\nProvides training to department members when required.\nProvides guidance to less senior Teammates in the department.\nTrains and mentors to other Teammates as required.\nEstablishes program plan, budget, and staffing needs for each phase of assigned program(s) and works with managers and supervisors for proper assignment of program personnel.\nReviews labor and material expenditures and manages program budget.\nReviews progress payments.\nConfers with program staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.\nDirects and coordinates activities of program personnel in support of program quality, schedule, and budget.\nReviews status reports prepared by program personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.\nPrepares program reports for management, customer, or other stakeholders.\nWorks with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.\nCoordinates program activities with regulatory authorities or other governmental agencies.\nSupports published Quality Management System (QMS) and Business Processes.\nMinimum Education\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred; PMP certification is required\nMinimum Experience\n+ 10 years’ relative experience\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nRequires specialized knowledge and or ability to accomplish highly advance level tasks.\nKnowledge and expertise for this level usually results from internal progressive experience.\nMicrosoft Word, Excel, Project, Windows and Outlook.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
