Responsibilities:\nLead cybersecurity operations supporting cloud-hosted and virtualized infrastructure.\nManage Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities throughout the system lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs), POA&Ms, security assessments, and authorization packages.\nEnsure compliance with NIST 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, DISA STIGs, and Department of State security policies.\nDirect vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, incident response, and threat mitigation efforts.\nCoordinate security audits, inspections, penetration testing, and security assessments.\nManage cybersecurity personnel and provide technical leadership across engineering and operations teams.\nCollaborate with government stakeholders, ISSOs, ISSMs, system administrators, and program management.\nSupport Zero Trust implementation, cloud security architecture, and identity and access management initiatives.\nDevelop cybersecurity metrics, executive reports, and risk briefings for leadership.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related discipline.\n10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.\nExperience supporting Department of State, DoD, or other federal agencies.\nStrong knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA, Zero Trust, and cloud security.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, VMware environments, and enterprise security tools.\nCurrent Security+ CE and CISSP certification (or ability to obtain as required).\n\nPreferred Certifications\n\nCISM\nCCSP\nCertified Authorization Professional (CAP)\nGIAC certifications (GCIA, GCIH, GCED)\nMicrosoft or AWS Security certifications\n\nClearance Requirement\n\nActive security clearance (Secret or Top Secret)\n\nAbout Acuity\n\nAt Acuity, your work matters—and so does your experience.
