Performs technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several data conversions. Designs and develops conversion routines or subsystems to support increasing data conversion program complexity. Performs functional analysis for small to moderate projects. Executes data conversions and provides guidance to junior associates. Performs code and unit testing for moderate to complex-scope data conversion routines, and responsible for post-installation testing correction of conversion problems. Assists in the planning and conducting of client/user review of conversion results and reports, and implementations corrections. Performs and supports all phases of testing, leading to the data conversion of implementation, as well as post-installation testing and correction of any conversion problems. Develops comprehensive documentation for all data conversions. Maintains quality, timeliness, and accuracy of deliverables. Performs defect prevention activities. Reports on project deliverables to senior management for review. Conducts training for new members on the team. Provides technical/process guidance to team. Serves as coordinator for offshore DC Data Conversion team offshore.
