This highly visible role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable programs, manage complex interdependencies, and deliver results aligned with company priorities.This is a full-time remote role with a preference for a candidate in Rochester, NY, with a base salary of $120,000-$159,000 and a 10% bonus.
