This individual will be performing routine tests as required on raw materials, in process components and final product.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nPerform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens\nPerform daily pre/post pour inspections on products\nMonitor production operations as required\nAssist when necessary with strip, setup, and pouring of products\nReport to management team on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns\nOther responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed\n\nJob Requirements\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMust have quality control experience in related industry\nACI / PCI Certification preferred, or required to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months and maintain certification\nACI Strenght Testing and ACPA Pipe School Certifications preferred\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day\n\nWhat CRH Offers You\n\nHighly competitive base pay\nComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs\nGroup retirement savings program\nHealth and wellness programs\nAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion\n\nAbout CRH\n\nCRH has a long and proud heritage.
