Traveling Project Manager (Data Center)
Job DescriptionTraveling Project Manager - Data Center ConstructionA leading commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to support large-scale data center construction projects across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, technically complex builds with a company that has a strong pipeline in the data center and mission-critical space.The ideal candidate is a proven Project Manager with experience in commercial or mission-critical construction who is open to travel and capable of managing projects from preconstruction through completion.Key Responsibilities• Manage all phases of data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project alignment • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards • Travel to job sites nationwide as requiredQualifications• 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction • Experience with data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects preferred • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (national projects) • Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, and scheduling • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Experience with construction software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.) • Stable work history with reputable contractors • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience) • Competitive compensation + bonus potential • Per diem and travel expenses covered • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision) • Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile projects • Strong pipeline of data center and mission-critical work • Clear path for advancementFor more information or to apply:Call or Text: Brandon Hill at 743-223-5229 Email: brandon.hill@gogpac.com
