This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, responsible for planning and managing data conversion tasks, leading report design and development, and partnering with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, report-ready data throughout the implementation lifecycle.\r\nQualifications\r\n3+ years of consulting experience\r\n5+ years of overall data conversion experience, including leadership roles on large-scale ERP implementations\r\n3+ years of hands-on Workday data conversion experience, supporting HCM and/or Financials implementations\r\nProven experience supporting reporting design, validation, and reconciliation tied to data conversion efforts\r\nStrong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and working knowledge of Workday Financials data\r\nHands-on experience with Workday conversion tools (Migration Recipes, Advanced Loads, EIBs, Object Transporter)\r\nExperience leading data mapping, reference ID management, load sequencing, and report-based validation\r\nAbility to manage dependencies across Data Conversion, Reporting, HCM, and Financials workstreams\r\nStrong client-facing communication and technical leadership skills\r\nActive Workday Certification required (HCM, Financials, Data Conversion, Reporting/Prism, and/or Integration)\r\nHigher Education and/or Healthcare implementation experience is a plus\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nData Conversion Delivery & Readiness\r\nManage and execute the full data conversion lifecycle for Workday HCM and Financials, from planning through go-live\r\nLead data mapping sessions and oversee transformation and load activities across HCM and Financials functional areas\r\nCoordinate tenant builds, conversion cycles, and load sequencing in alignment with the overall project plan\r\nPartner closely with functional leads to validate converted data and support testing and remediation\r\nIdentify, track, and resolve data quality issues; elevate risks and dependencies as needed\r\nGuide clients and internal teams on data readiness, cleansing requirements, and conversion timelines\r\nMaintain conversion documentation, trackers, and status reporting\r\nReporting Lead, Design & Enablement\r\nLead reporting design activities by gathering and translating stakeholder reporting requirements into effective reports and dashboard solutions\r\nFacilitate and participate in report design sessions, ensuring alignment with conversion decisions, functional design, and downstream analytics needs\r\nLead the development and prioritization of new dashboards, reports, and analytics\r\nOversee report-based validation and reconciliation to ensure converted data supports operational and analytical reporting\r\nGuide teams on Workday reporting best practices and available platform capabilities\r\nTroubleshoot report-related issues and drive resolution in partnership with functional and technical teams\r\nThe estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,0000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $174,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
