This is an outdoor yard position involving the unloading, movement, organization, and storage of large utility materials used for high-voltage power line projects.\n\n*Class 7 heavy-duty outdoor forklift and/or telehandler experience is required*. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and handling large, heavy materials.\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n* Operate Class 7 heavy-duty outdoor forklifts and telehandlers to safely move and position materials throughout the yard.\n* Unload poles and heavy utility materials from flatbed trucks and trailers.\n* Organize, store, and relocate inventory throughout the laydown yard.\n* Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage and report issues as needed.\n* Maintain an organized and safe work area while following proper material-handling procedures.\n* Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and procedures when working around heavy equipment and oversized materials.\n\n*Requirements:*\n\n* High school diploma or equivalent.\n* Previous Class 7 heavy-duty forklift and/or telehandler experience required.\n* *Experience handling large or oversized materials and unloading flatbed trailers preferred.*\n* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.\n* Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.\n* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.\n* Strong communication and teamwork skills.\n* Reliable attendance and consistent work history.\n* First Aid certification is preferred but not required.\n* Steel-toe shoes/boots required; additional PPE provided.\n\n*Schedule:*\n\n* Flexible\n* Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM\n\n*Compensation:*\n\n* $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on position\n\n*Benefits:*\n\n* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n* 401(k), Retirement Plan\n* Paid Holidays\n* Bereavement Leave\n* Personal Advancement\n\n*Job Type:*\n\n* Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire\n\n*Application Period: *\n\n* This position will remain open until filled\n\n*Contact Information*\n\nFor additional information about this opportunity, please contact Mr. Dylan Evans at (317) 503-2298.
