divh2Registered Dietitian (Medical Fitness Longevity Division)/h2pSilicon Valley (San Jose / Greater Bay Area) Hybrid (Telehealth + occasional in-person/client-facing events)/ppPart-time or Full-time (flexible for the right candidate)/ppGYMGUYZ Silicon Valley is launching a Medical Fitness Longevity Division that integrates:/pulliMedical oversight (Nurse Practitioner)/liliClinical Nutrition / MNT/liliIn-home personal training and metabolic conditioning/liliBehavioral health and habit change/li/ulpWe specialize in womens hormonal health (PCOS, perimenopause, menopause), metabolic disease (prediabetes, diabetes), and long-term weight and body composition change./ppWe are looking for a California-based Registered Dietitian who wants to be part of a cutting-edge, concierge-style medical fitness teamnot just another clinic job./ppThe Registered Dietitian will:/pulliLead our clinical nutrition strategy/liliProvide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for eligible clients/liliCollaborate with our NP, behavioral specialist, and in-home training team/liliHelp design and deliver high-touch, 612 month transformation programs for high-performing professionals and clients with metabolic or hormonal issues./li/ulpThis role is a mix of:/pulli1:1 telehealth sessions/liliMNT documentation and billing support/liliProgram design and case collaboration/liliOccasional live workshops / client education/li/ulpKey Responsibilities/pulliProvide Medical Nutrition Therapy for clients with conditions such as:/liulliPrediabetes / diabetes/liliObesity / metabolic syndrome/liliPCOS and other hormonal conditions/liliCardiovascular risk factors (cholesterol, hypertension, etc.)/li/ulliConduct comprehensive nutrition assessments, including:/liulliMedical history/liliLab values (in collaboration with NP)/liliAnthropometrics and body composition/liliLifestyle and psychosocial factors/li/ulliDevelop individualized, lab-informed nutrition care plans aligned with each clients medical and fitness program./liliDeliver ongoing follow-up sessions to evaluate outcomes, adjust plans, and support long-term adherence./li/ulpProgram Team Integration/pulliCollaborate closely with:/liulliNurse Practitioner (for labs, meds, clinical oversight)/liliBehavioral Specialist (for emotional/behavioral barriers to change)/liliHead Coach Training Team (for integrating nutrition with training cycles)/li/ulliParticipate in periodic case review meetings to coordinate care plans and program progression./liliHelp design our 6-month and 12-month Medical Fitness programs, including:/liulliNutrition protocols for GLP-1 clients/liliPCOS/menopause-specific tracks/liliLongevity / performance nutrition tracks/li/ul/ulpDocumentation Compliance/pulliMaintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with MNT standards and payer requirements./liliSupport MNT billing workflows (coding, documentation standards, session duration/type)./liliEnsure all practice is compliant with California regulations for RDs and federal MNT guidelines./li/ulpEducation Content/pulliCreate educational materials (handouts, simple guides, small group education topics) for:/liulliGLP-1 + nutrition integration/liliPCOS/menopause nutrition/liliStrength training and protein/energy needs/li/ulliOccasionally contribute to workshops, webinars, or content for our high-value clients and corporate partners./li/ulpQualifications Required:/pulliCurrent Registered Dietitian / RDN credential/liliActive California RD license or certification recognized by state requirements/liliIn good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)/liliMinimum 23 years of experience in:/liulliClinical nutrition/liliOutpatient counseling, or/liliMetabolic / weight management / endocrine settings/li/ulliComfort working with:/liulliPrediabetes / diabetes/liliObesity and metabolic syndrome/liliWomens hormonal issues (PCOS, perimenopause, menopause) or strong willingness to specialize here/li/ulliStrong communication skills and comfort using telehealth platforms/li/ulpPreferred:/pulliExperience with MNT billing and documentation/liliPrior work with GLP-1 or weight-loss medication patients (in collaboration with MD/NP)/liliExperience in sports nutrition, performance, or strength training populations/liliInterest in functional medicine / integrative nutrition (within evidence-based practice)/li/ulpSchedule Compensation (Ballpark Silicon Valley)/pulliFlexible schedule (some evenings/weekends may be needed to match client needs)./liliRole can start part-time with option to grow to full-time as the division scales./li/ululliEstimated salary range (FTE): ~$85,000 $110,000/year depending on experience and scope/liliEstimated hourly range (part-time / contractor): ~$45 $65/hour DOE/liliPotential for performance-based bonuses tied to successful program outcomes and division growth./li/ulpFlexible work from home options available./ppCompensation: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year/p/div
