Must possess a valid Education Specialist California Teaching Credential with EL Authorization. 2. Education Specialist Credential must indicate M/S or now Extensive Support Needs (ESN) Authorization 3. Interns, and those eligible for a PIP or STSP Permit may be considered. 4. EDJOIN Application Must Include: copy of transcripts, copy of appropriate credential, copies of all test results; CBEST, CSETs, etc. 5. A minimum of three (3) signed Letters of Recommendation dated within two years. 6.
