You will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, efficient, and secure user interfaces that enhance operator experience and system usability.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide subject matter expertise in front-end software development and user interface design.\nAnalyze, plan, and develop requirements documents and functional models.\nCreate technical design drawings, wireframes, and mockups for stakeholder review.\nDesign and implement modifications to GUIs and optimize UI elements for usability and performance.\nFacilitate user-centric design practices and ensure compliance with UI/UX standards.\nConduct and document system tests to verify operability and compliance with requirements.\nCollaborate in Agile development environments and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.\nSupport DevSecOps practices and integrate with DoD-compliant toolchains.\nRequirements:\nRequired Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience in software development and engineering.\nBachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s may substitute for 2 years of experience).\nActive secret or interim clearance\nProficiency in object-oriented and scripted languages.\nExperience with DevSecOps, microservices, and containerization.\n3+ years of experience with:\nBug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)\nTesting web-based applications\nFront-end web design and development\n5+ years of experience with:\nJenkins and GitLab\nAt least five of the following tools: NPM, Cypress.io, esbuild, Bun, Apache Tomcat, Maven, SonarQube\nDemonstrated experience with:\nAgile, user-centric application design\nGenerating wireframes and mockups for multiple user personas\nUX design tools such as Sketch and InVision\nCloud-based development and secure data integration\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience with Agile Test-Driven Development (TDD)\nFamiliarity with DoD DevSecOps environments\n5+ years of experience with CI/CD software development\nDevSecOps experience with at least five of the following tools:\nGitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, JUnit5, Ansible, esbuild\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is $135,000 to $145,000, with the final offer determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications.\nPlateau offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching; paid time off (PTO); paid holidays; and additional employee benefit programs.\nPlateau does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters without a signed third-party agreement.
