Role: Manufacturing Training & Analytics LeadLocation: Clearwater, Florida, United StatesEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleOne of our clients is seeking a Manufacturing Training & Analytics Lead to drive both workforce capability and operational excellence. This hybrid role combines hands-on training delivery with advanced data analytics to ensure production teams are skilled, compliant, and continuously improving.You will play a key role in building a high-performing manufacturing environment through structured training programs, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & DevelopmentDevelop and deliver training on production processes, equipment operation, quality standards, and safety protocolsMaintain training documentation, certification records, and competency assessmentsSupport onboarding and cross-training initiatives to build a flexible, multi-skilled workforceCollaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to align training with current proceduresData Analytics & Process ImprovementLead data collection, validation, and analysis for KPIs such as yield, downtime, throughput, and cost of poor quality (COPQ)Build dashboards and visualizations to support operational and leadership decision-makingPerform root cause analysis using statistical tools, trend analysis, and Pareto chartsIdentify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement initiativesLeadership & CollaborationMentor production staff and analysts in data literacy and problem-solving techniquesCommunicate insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable mannerPromote a culture of accountability, learning, and data-driven decision-makingManage project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, training, analytics, or related fieldStrong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and statistical analysis toolsWorking knowledge of lean manufacturing, safety standards, and adult learning principlesPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Operations, or a related disciplineExperience leading continuous improvement or training initiatives in a manufacturing environmentAdditional RequirementsMust meet applicable export control requirements (U.S. work authorization required)Why JoinOpportunity to influence both workforce capability and operational performanceWork in a data-driven, innovation-focused manufacturing environmentStrong exposure to cross-functional leadership and strategic initiativesCareer growth in training, analytics, and operations leadershipApply Now!
