You will collaborate closely with engineering peers to maintain code quality, implement best practices, and provide architectural guidance within a fast-paced AdTech environment.Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable features across React front ends and Node.js backend services within a TypeScript monorepo Design, optimize, and operate ETL pipelines and data-heavy workloads using ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, and queue-based processing (BullMQ) Ensure reliable CI/CD, background job processing, real-time data delivery, and high-performance analytical queries Uphold engineering quality through comprehensive testing (unit, integration, snapshot, screenshot, end-to-end) Conduct code reviews and provide architectural input to guide technical decisions Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for advertising data processingSkills And Requirements 7+ years of professional software engineering experience Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React Strong experience with SQL/OLAP databases and analytical query optimization Hands-on expertise with ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, and queue-based processing (BullMQ or similar) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in AdTech, PostgreSQL, edge runtimes, Go, production ML, or agentic development tooling is a plus Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical problems Availability for a full-time contract positionAbout TwineTwine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
