The PE is responsible for monitoring and analysing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuosly, performing process capability studies, statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a global team of experts and contribute to transformative changes within the organization.\nResponsibilities including but not limited to\nProcess Design and Optimization: Create and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.\nTechnical Support: Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues that impact quality, cost, and throughput.\nData Analysis: Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.\nImplement Process Controls: Utilize control systems to monitor and adjust processes in real-time, ensuring optimal operating conditions.\nResource Management: Evaluate and manage the resources needed for various processes, including raw materials, manpower, and time.\nQuality Assurance: Work with quality control teams to ensure the final product meets set specifications.\nRisk Assessment: Conduct safety reviews and risk assessments to ensure industry regulations and standards compliance.\nProcess Documentation: Create, revise, and maintain detailed process documentation for training and compliance purposes.\nProject Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.\nInterdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams like R&D, Production, and Quality Control for integrated project success.\nProcess Simulation: Use simulation software to model process scenarios for analysis and optimization.\nCost Analysis: Perform economic evaluations of new or existing processes to determine the feasibility or cost-saving potential.\nTraining and Development: Train staff and team members on new process changes, tools, or methodologies.\nTechnology Integration: Evaluate and integrate new technologies or systems to enhance process efficiency.\nVendor Negotiation and Management: Collaborate with suppliers to procure required materials or services at optimized costs.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or above in the field of engineering.\n5 + years working experience in electronics manufacturing, experiences in EV charger and BBU/PSU products are a plus.\nProficient in electronics manufacturing process and having hands-on experiences in manufacturing management system.\nExperience applying lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize existing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.\nDemonstrable ability in diagnosing and resolving complex process-related issues that impact quality, cost, and efficiency.\nDemonstrated experience in product coordination, yield improvement, and reducing test time.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach in a lab environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail and quality.\nBilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus, aligned with business needs.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and others, ensuring smooth communication and task completion.\nSalary Range\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate and is not necessary a guarantee of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on the role, function, associated responsibilities, relevant experience, education/training, location, education/training, key skills, and other factors.\nBenefits\nLITEON understands that our greatest asset is our talented and dedicated team.
