Fullfillment Specialist

Position Overview The Starters Collectibles LLC is seeking a highly detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support our expanding multi-platform live commerce operations, including TikTok Shop, eBay Live, Temu, and Shopify. This role is responsible for the accurate processing, verification, packaging, and shipment of collectibles sold across multiple online sales channels. Because many purchases occur in real time during live events, precision and accuracy are essential. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining the highest fulfillment standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, verify, and package customer orders across TikTok Shop, eBay Live, Temu, and Shopify Carefully handle and secure collectibles to ensure safe and damage-free delivery Confirm the accuracy of outgoing shipments prior to dispatch Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory shipments Perform inventory counts and basic calculations to maintain accurate stock levels Navigate and manage order processing systems across multiple platforms Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean fulfillment workspace Communicate effectively with the live sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Qualifications Previous experience in order picking, packing, or fulfillment (warehouse or office setting preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage orders across multiple platforms Basic math proficiency for counting and inventory verification Ability to follow written instructions precisely Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening Experience with live-stream commerce or marketplace platforms (TikTok Shop, eBay, Temu, Shopify) is preferred but not required.
