If anything outside, will be communicated to you.\r\nCompensation: We can pay you in an hourly amount on 1099 for every time you are called to work on-site. NOTE: The engineer should have their own laptop to carry while being on-site so you can be connected remotely via support team for instructions/guidelines.\r\nExperience providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty.\r\nHands on experience with ServiceNow.\r\nHands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications.\r\nBasic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts.
