Office Administrator
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks.
Duties
- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
-Managing client check-in and payment
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
-Handle phone calls from clients about scheduling and questions regarding our services
- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Qualifications
- Experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Gmail)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
-Knowledge in social media management is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
