Direct Support Professional, Day Program (PT)

Devereux/TCV is Hiring for a part-time Direct Support Professional for its Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Day Program in Homestead, PA! Being a Direct Support Professional has its Advantages: As a DSP at Devereux/TCV, you will work with other dedicated professionals who want to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities. Pay Rate: $14.00/hour and all hours are daylight. Position Details: Part-Time, Homestead area of Pittsburgh! Work Schedule for this Part-Time position: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8a to 3:30p $1,500 Sign-on Bonus Available* *Prospective employee hired for this position will receive a $1,500 (part-time) sign on bonus. The employee will receive the first third of the bonus after the successful completion of three (3) months of employment, the second third of the bonus will be awarded after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment, and the final third will be awarded after achieving a "satisfactory" rating or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
