What we require:Maintain calendars for Executives.Internal Event Hosting (customers, VIPs, guests)Arrange hotel and shuttle services before the eventCoordinate catering during the eventGuest VisitorsArrangeOffice Supply ManagementMaintain an adequate inventory of office suppliesConduct price comparisons before purchasing, ensure purchasing the most economical suppliesEV Car SchedulerMaintain/track the usage of the Delta owned EV'sEnsure the cars are kept in operational conditionCondo ManagementMaintain register of people staying in the condosSubmit all invoices in MROAnswering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staffRequirements:High school diploma, GED or equivalentAn associate or bachelor's degree, such as in business administration, is preferredProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasksOrganization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasksStrong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employeesLeadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employeesAttention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctlyExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsPerforms other administrative tasks as assigned
