This involves working across Global Product & Technology, Design, Customer support, Marketing, and Business teams to develop and deliver program plans that enable our customer and business goals for various initiatives.Key responsibilities:A proven track record managing strategic programs to deliver on timeExceptional ability to collaborate with and engage matrixed cross-functional teams.Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Proven ability to identify issues and develop solutions to improve program execution.Strong relationship-building skills to help identify opportunities, communication, and negotiation skills to resolve issues.Passion, commitment, and a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues and tasks to completion, and overall program success.Basic Qualifications:BA/BS degree required.
