Working alongside 160 employee-owners in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while serving essential markets including food, consumer goods, industrial, and healthcare.Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 scheduleWork: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & SundayOff: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm – 6:00am) (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm) What You'll DoDrive forklift to move raw materials throughout the plant.
