This in-person role is in our Plano, TX office. The Account Manager is responsible for communicating with customers directly to provide account resolution options based on their ability and needs. The Account Manager is expected to handle all customer questions, inquiries, and objections with patience, professionalism and ease. The Account Manager must represent our clients in the most genuine, personable way to drive exceptional customer experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvide an exceptional customer experienceNegotiate repayment and financial plansEducate clients on resolution optionsResolve financial discrepanciesCounsel borrowers on options for meeting their obligationsInform customers of their payment status and timelines for repaymentAddress questions, complaints, or suggestionsDocument systems with all activities and communicationsAbility to adjust work and thought process to accommodate multiple investor guidelinesResponsible for meeting and exceeding budgetContact relevant parties via phone callsEmploy a strong sense of urgency and ownershipDemonstrate a professional work ethic in all facets of completing work dutiesPerform other duties and special projects as assignedPOSITION REQUIREMENTS, CAPABILITIES & SKILLSEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerEffective decision-making, customer service and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively in a team environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft officeMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree required, in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or BusinessBilingual (English/Spanish) nice to have (not required)Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
