Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals in an environment equipped with a comprehensive rewards package that nurtures both your professional journey and personal well-being.Description - Your MissionConduct a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others, adhering to established protocols.Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples diligently for various tests as required.Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality lab standards.Uphold a clean, safe working environment while strictly following regulatory and accreditation protocols.EducationBachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent degrees in allied health, complemented by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. CertificationsAttain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.Maintain active certification throughout your employment. SkillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams.Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve in fast-paced or high-pressure scenarios.Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail, specifically in quality assurance and clinical documentation.
