This role safeguards reliability, uptime, and performance across projects by establishing rigorous quality standards, validating system functionality, and driving continuous improvement throughout the integration lifecycle.\r\nYou must be local to the Conesville, OH area and be willing to report on-site.\r\nYou Will:Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to data center integration projects, aligned with ISO 9001 and customer-specific standards.\r\nEnsure adherence to industry requirements related to electrical safety, commissioning, cybersecurity, redundancy, and high-availability design principles.\r\nSupport internal audits and readiness for customer compliance reviews (e.g., Colocation audit frameworks).\r\nBuild quality plans for each data center project covering design reviews, panel build inspections, PLC/HMI/SCADA standards, and network configuration validation.\r\nOversee FATs, IFATs, and integrated site commissioning steps to ensure sequence-of-operations accuracy, redundancy performance, alarming strategies, and failover logic.\r\nValidate that all systems meet stringent uptime expectations (Tier III/Tier IV) and comply with owner-furnished specs.\r\nImplement repeatable test procedures for EPO systems, electrical monitoring, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and third-party system integrations.\r\nEnsure accurate documentation, test records, and traceability for all hardware, software, and network configurations.\r\nDrive rapid root-cause analysis for field issues, commissioning deviations, and system performance gaps.\r\nTrack and analyze quality KPIs—developing insights that reduce rework, minimize commissioning defects, and improve first-pass yield on high-volume, repeatable build programs.\r\nSupport process standardization across panel fabrication, software development, configuration management, and change control.\r\nEnforce documentation accuracy for design packages, test plans, redlines/as-builts, network diagrams, firmware versions, and naming/tagging conventions.\r\nMaintain strict configuration control for PLC logic, SCADA graphics, controller firmware, network settings, and sequence-of-operations changes across multi-phase build programs.\r\nAct as the main point of contact for data center clients regarding quality expectations, audits, and escalations.\r\nEvaluate and monitor supplier performance (panel shops, component vendors, subcontractors), ensuring alignment to mission-critical standards.\r\nSupport qualification of new vendors for scalable data center programs.\r\nTrain engineering, technicians, and commissioning teams on quality processes, documentation controls, and data-center-specific reliability practices.\r\nBe an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.\r\nYou Have:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality, or related discipline.\r\n5+ years of experience in quality management within system integration, critical infrastructure, data centers, or industrial automation.\r\nStrong knowledge of BMS/EPMS systems, PLC/SCADA architectures, networking fundamentals, and commissioning processes.\r\nExperience with Tier standards (Uptime Institute), redundancy schemes (N+1, 2N), and mission-critical operating requirements.\r\nFamiliarity with Colocation design standards and commissioning workflows is highly preferred.\r\nCertifications such as CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE, ASHRAE BCxP or Six Sigma are a plus.\r\nA DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.\r\nBenefits & Perks:401k + match + prompt enrollment.
