Additional responsibilities include working with Research and Development to develop new products, providing guidance to production teams, collaborating on technical exchanges across operating sites.\nWhat You'll Do:\nResponsibilities\nLead technical improvement efforts in Covington or Athens and collaborate with process engineers across operating sites\nAct as a positive change agent in critical performance aspects of Manufacturing, Safety, and Quality\nEnsure process improvement plans are aligned with business needs\nCollaborate with operators working in Maintenance, Process Technology, and Quality Systems\nPromote and support Lean Six Sigma projects\nQualifications\nThe Plant Process Engineer must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and proactively seek opportunities to add value to the organization.
