Mon-Fri Janitor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. This part-time position operates Monday through Friday, offering consistent hours and an opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial work, with a focus on ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety for staff and visitors alike. Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, floor care, or facilities maintenance is highly valued. This role is essential in supporting the overall functionality and appearance of our premises. 2 Shifts Available (Mon-Fri) Morning 8:00 am - Noon or Evening Start any time after 5:00 pm, 4 hours per clean *Must drive a golf cart around facility* Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various areas of the facility Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and other designated spaces Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored Skills Proven experience in janitorial work or custodial services, with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and general upkeep Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift This position offers an opportunity to be part of a professional team committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
