The role develops reporting, dashboards, system analytics, and performance metrics while ensuring data integrity across ERP, WMS, and related business systems.\n\nWorking closely with cross-functional teams, the Data Analyst identifies opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, procurement efficiency, production support, and overall operational decision-making. The position also supports ERP implementations, system governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat you will do regularly:\n\nOperational Analytics\nCollect, validate, clean, and analyze operational data from ERP, WMS, and supporting systems.\nDevelop dashboards and KPI scorecards for Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Warehouse Operations.\nMonitor inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, material flow, shortages, inventory turns, OTIF, and operational performance.\nAnalyze trends and identify root causes of operational issues.\n\nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting:\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting.\nProduce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.\nCreate automated reporting to reduce manual effort.\nSupport management with ad hoc analysis and executive presentations.\nInventory & Warehouse Support:\nMonitor inventory integrity and identify discrepancies.\nSupport cycle count analysis and inventory accuracy initiatives.\nAnalyze warehouse utilization, storage capacity, slotting effectiveness, and material movement.\nAssist with warehouse optimization projects.\nProcurement & Supply Chain Analytics:\nSupport supplier performance reporting.\nMaintain Procurement/Logistics scorecards and contract readiness metrics.\nAssist with demand forecasting and inventory planning.\nAnalyze shortages and material availability trends.\nERP / WMS Systems Support:\nSupport ERP, WMS, Factory Track, and future system implementations.\nAssist with system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing.\nValidate master data including Items, BOMs, Routings, Warehouses, and Inventory Transactions.\nIdentify system control gaps and recommend improvements.\nContinuous Improvement:\nParticipate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.\nDevelop metrics that measure process performance.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process simplification.\nSupport cross-functional improvement projects.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Logistics, Engineering, or related field preferred.\nMinimum two years of experience in data analytics within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, procurement, or supply chain.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience with SQL.\nExperience using Power BI or Tableau.\nExperience with ERP systems (Infor preferred).\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.\nStrong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma considered an
