You’ll work as part of a 3–4-person team, using tools such as clamps, impact drivers, and drills, while also handling materials like Rockwool, perforated sheet metal, and plastic.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nInstall panels as part of the assembly process, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.\nMeasure, cut, and install Rockwool insulation into panels.\nPerform Bat installation (pink insulation) to specified requirements.\nUse clamps to hold materials in place and impact drivers or drills to fasten hardware as needed.\nDrape plastic as required to protect components or areas during installation.\nWork with perforated sheet metal, ensuring accurate installation and finishing.\nCollaborate with a 3–4-person team to complete assembly tasks on time and to required quality standards.\nInterpret basic prints and assembly instructions to complete the work accurately.\nFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.\nRequired Skills & Abilities:\nBasic experience or understanding of prints and assembly instructions.\nFamiliarity with using clamps, impact drivers, and drills.\nExperience with insulation materials like Rockwool or Bat insulation is a plus.\nAbility to measure, cut, and install insulation and other materials with attention to detail.\nFamiliarity with perforated sheet metal and the use of hardware in assembly.\nStrong ability to work collaboratively within a team.\nReliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.\nStrong attention to detail to ensure all components are installed properly.\n\nEducation & Experience:\nNo welding experience required.\nExperience in construction, framing, or drywall work is ideal.\nPrevious experience in assembly, installation, or manufacturing is a plus.\nBasic print reading experience is required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and reach overhead for extended periods.\nAbility to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.\nComfortable working with tools and machinery in a manufacturing setting.\nThis position is well-suited for individuals with experience in drywall, framing, or construction looking to transition into assembly and installation work.
