In this vital role, you will be the "air traffic control" for our production orders, ensuring our manufacturing teams have the documentation they need to deliver high-quality products to our customers on time. If you enjoy data management, cross-departmental collaboration, and being part of a structured quality-driven team, we want to hear from you.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Production Flow: Prepare and distribute work orders, labels, and production packets to the floor. Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time records within our ERP system and scheduling spreadsheets. Team Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact between Sales, Shipping, and Production to communicate schedule updates. Order Management: Track past-due orders and assist in prioritizing daily shipping lists to meet customer deadlines. Quality Compliance: Maintain documentation standards in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and experience with ERP or MRP software. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination. Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.
