Work schedules and hours will vary depending on current client engagements.\nPosition Details\nWork Arrangement: Onsite at client locations\nSchedule: Flexible based on project timelines\nExpected Hours: Hours will vary depending on project requirements and active client engagements.\nTravel: Occasional travel to client sites may be required\nEngagement: Project-based assignments; hours are not guaranteed\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDeploy, configure, and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, DHCP services, and LAN/WAN environments.\nPerform onsite implementation of network connectivity for new and existing client locations.\nConfigure and maintain VPN connectivity, firewall solutions, and other network security technologies.\nMonitor network health, identify performance issues, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.\nTroubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, and infrastructure-related incidents while providing timely updates to internal teams and clients.\nApply firmware updates and perform preventive maintenance on networking equipment.\nAssist with disaster recovery planning and support business continuity initiatives.\nEnsure network environments follow security standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.\nRequired Skills\nSolid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VLANs, and LAN/WAN technologies.\nExperience configuring VPNs and secure remote connectivity solutions.\nHands-on knowledge of firewall administration and network security.\nStrong troubleshooting skills using network monitoring and diagnostic tools.\nExperience supporting onsite network installations ranging from small office deployments to more complex environments.\nQualifications\nDemonstrated experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, or Infrastructure Support.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to resolve technical issues independently.\nComfortable working directly at client locations with minimal supervision.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills when working with both technical teams and end users.\nAdditional Information\nFlexibility to support evening or weekend work when project schedules require it.\nAbility to adapt to changing client requirements and multiple project environments.\nDedicated to delivering high-quality technical support and professional service.\nPlease Note: This is a project-based opportunity.
