Plant Engineering Manager | Manufacturing Operations & Continuous ImprovementWe’re looking for a hands-on Plant Engineering Manager to lead engineering and maintenance operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on improving processes, driving operational performance, and leading teams through continuous improvement initiatives.You’ll oversee manufacturing engineering and maintenance activities across fabrication, welding, paint, and assembly operations while partnering with leadership to enhance safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
