This role focuses on understanding how clinicians and staff interact with digital health solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities, and translating those insights into actionable improvements that enhance usability, efficiency, and overall experience.This position will be located in the United States and will be a fully remote position, with occasional travel as needed to support stakeholder engagement and workflow observation.ResponsibilitiesSupports the evaluation and improvement of clinical workflows and user experiences associated with digital health and AI-enabled solutions across the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
