If you thrive in a professional business environment, possess strong technical acumen, and can provide elevated concierge style customer service we invite you to join the our dynamic team.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the client's staff to assist with front officeAnswer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate personTake accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailablePromptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like mannerMaintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby areaOrder and stock supplies as neededPerform other administrative duties as requestedQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a ReceptionistPrevious experience in a client service field preferredAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacyWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time8:30am - 5:30pmThe Compensation range for this role is up to 24.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
