This role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide projects from concept through production. The ideal candidate is a hands?on problem solver who can balance innovation with reliability while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across disciplines.\r\nWhat you'll do\r\nLead the design of electrical systems, circuits, and components for new and existing products. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and performance specifications.\r\nProvide expert guidance on electrical engineering best practices, design reviews, and troubleshooting. Serve as a subject?matter expert for cross?functional teams.\r\nManage engineering tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
