DescriptionEntry-level Maintenance engineerWe are seeking a Maintenance engineer to join our team to help ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our properties and equipment. If you are committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment, we encourage you to apply.QualificationsAbility to work independently and as a team Have availability between the hours of 7am and 7pm as well as 2 or 3 on-call shifts per week Be willing to learn and take direction Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed Prior maintenance knowledge is a plus but not necessary. We will train the right person ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on guestrooms, buildings, and equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, then execute repairs promptly to minimize guest dissatisfaction Perform painting, drywall repair, carpentry, maintain building exterior Fix basic plumbing issues (leaks, clogs), lighting, electrical issues etc. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory Check and maintain pool chemistry Ensure compliance with safety standards, brand standards, and company policies Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions.
