This role will define architecture standards, ensure data integrity across domains (especially Customer Master Data), and integrate MDM with CRM and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen to deliver scalable, secure, and governed master data solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement MDM architecture aligned with enterprise data strategy and medallion/Lakehouse frameworks.\nDefine data models, matching/merging rules, survivorship logic, and integration patterns for master data domains.\nCollaborate with Data Architects, Data Governance teams, CRM owners, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent master data across systems.\nDevelop MDM workflows for data stewardship, governance, and quality monitoring.\nIntegrate MDM with CRM, ERP, and analytical platforms using APIs, ETL/ELT tools, and cloud services.\nEstablish security and compliance controls for sensitive master data.\nDocument architecture, standards, and best practices; provide guidance to engineering teams.\nStay current with MDM trends, cloud-native solutions, and data governance frameworks.\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\nExperience:\n5 years+ in MDM implementation and architecture using platforms like Informatica, Reltio, Profisee or IBM.\n7 years+ in data modeling and data architecture\n10 years+ in the overall field of enterprise data.\nHands-on experience with Customer Master Data and CRM integration, using Salesforce, Hubspot or similar.\nStrong background in data architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.\nSkills:\nExpertise in MDM hub configuration, data quality, and stewardship workflows.\nKnowledge of API-based integration, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).\nUnderstanding of data governance principles and compliance standards.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica. Alation etc).\nProficiency with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExposure to Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools.\nWork Location & Flexibility\nIf located near our Minneapolis or New York offices, they follow a hybrid work model. Employees work on-site a minimum of two days per week. Please note that specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.\nThe base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable.
