The Database Coordinator bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nMaintain and support the Product Information Management (PIM) database.\nTest all programs and/or databases correcting errors and making necessary modifications.\nCoordinate and implement data updates to all AM sales tools as needed.\nModify existing databases and database management systems and make relevant changes for positive impact.\nWork closely with Database Specialist to jointly manage PIM projects/tickets to ensure timely completion.\nWork with other departments to determine relevant material(s) and database needs.\nSupport the marketing and services team on product projects as needed.\nMaintain and import product information for new and existing products into PIM.\nEnsure accuracy of data by working closely with PM responsible.\nPerform audits of data. Maintain data sheets, CAD files; ensure all aligned to products/categories are maintained and accurate with assistance of PM\nActive member of global PIM CCB for data cleansing, and improvements to database organization.\nCreate/deliver customized mapping files, exports to customers as requested\nParticipate in global team meetings to develop, enhance and maintain the PIM system\nAssist with product installation instructions in PIM by collecting all necessary product information by working closely with PM and ensure data is properly loaded into database.\nAssist with annual/bi-annual product price increase process to ensure completed in timely manner and data transferred into PIM accurately.\nManage web shop product/pricing issues ensuring accurate and timely resolution\nProvide assistance during PGPL development including product and terminology review\nActive member SAP project team to improve customer facing, manage PO tool and Basic Data Text in SAP.\nWork with 3rd party vendor and Product Management to ensure timely creation of CAD files and properly upload such files into database once complete/verified.\nWho You Are\nBachelor's degree in related field\nMinimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience; knowledge of database structure / design\nProficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically Microsoft Excel; PC-literate\nExperience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus\nDetailed oriented is a must.\nTechnically savvy and detailed oriented, with a high level of workmanship\nCreative collaboration as part of a team.\nResults oriented and project management skills required.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines\nExcels in fast paced environment and able to quickly adapt to change\nDemonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, writing and creative skills\nWho We Are\n\nBelimo is the global market leader in the development, production, and marketing of field devices for the energy-efficient control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
