Distributor Driver - Darlington, SCJob Summary:C.R. Jackson is hiring a Distributor Driver to safely operate and maintain our asphalt distributor truck. You'll be responsible for applying asphalt materials to road surfaces, supporting paving crews, and ensuring every job is completed safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work and teamwork.What You'll Do:Operate the asphalt distributor truck to apply materials on road projectsSet up and control spray bars, pumps, and valves for even asphalt distributionInspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure safe operationAssist with plant or paving crew duties as neededKeep accurate delivery and work logsCommunicate clearly with the paving crew and supervisorFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all timesWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GEDClass A or B CDL with tanker and Hazmat endorsement required1+ year of CDL driving experience (construction or paving preferred)Working knowledge of asphalt distributor systems and controls a plusGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to perform manual labor and work outdoors in all weather conditionsWilling to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime as neededSafe driving record and ability to meet company driver requirementsWhat We Offer:Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and vacationSupportive team and advancement opportunitiesReady to drive your career forward with C.R.
